After a week away from the gym, it’s time to get ready for my next powerlifting meet. I’ve been mostly a push/pull guy but I’m determined to do mostly full power meets from now on. My squats lag behind my deadlift and bench but I’m working on hitting depth consistently. Hopefully as my technique improves, the pounds will get added to the bar. Patience is a virtue. At least that’s what they tell me.
