I personally feel that the route female power lifting is going is great and has positive forward momentum. It is making great strides in strength sports unlike what I have experienced in the bodybuilding world. Abbye “Pudgy” Stockton

Monique resides in Atlanta, GA and competes in powerlifting in the 60kg and 75kg weight classes. She is coached by Josh Rohr. Among other achievements, Monique is the 2x USPA Olympia Pro Invite Bench and Deadlift Single Ply 75kg champion and the current USPA world Raw Bench and Deadlift record holder in the 132lb/60kg class. Monique has won several bodybuilding titles including the 2010 NPC National Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships and the 2007 Dexter Jackson Classic Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Contest.
