We have some awesome writers and athletes who contribute to Garage Gym Life. But we admit that we don’t know everything. So we scour the web to find the best articles from yesterday and today (we’d get them from the future as well but our DeLorean is in the shop) and bring you the links here. Today’s article is about 96-year-old Charles Eugster who holds the world record in the 400m (outdoor) and 200m (indoor) sprint as well as the British record in the 60m (indoor), 100m (outdoor) and 200m (outdoor). Not only can this retired dentist sprint 60m in under 20 seconds but he’s got a Masters Rowing trophy to go along with the running awards, enjoys lifting weights and wakeboarding.
Check out his advice on diet, exercise and enjoying retirement along with the other benefits my newest hero earned since he started exercising at age 87 by following the link below!
