Faith and Fitness
Brian Garcia aka @daddys.quickgym is a personal trainer who’s beaten alcoholism with exercise and faith. He’s definitely a good person to follow on Instagram if you enjoy seeing hardcore training from a bodybuilding perspective. And by bodybuilding I mean, Blood and Guts style tough training that will make you grow or send you running for the nearest Planet Fitness!
You Are Not Alone
I know that training in the garage by yourself is tough. You usually don’t have the camaraderie of other gym members to help push you. That’s why I combed the web to find videos like this one that will help motivate you to keep striving to be your best. Remember that there are hundreds of thousands of people around the world training at home like you and my mission is to connect each and everyone of us. Welcome to the movement.
Follow Brian Garcia on Instagram and contact him at email@example.com if you’re in the Los Angeles area and want to train with him or just learn more about his training methods. Until next week, Happy Thanksgiving, stay motivated and keep training hard until people want to post videos of you!

I usually do more than 3 exercises but as I'm trying to allow my body to repair and recharge itself these 3 exercises will work as a maintenance workout, and since its been 2 weeks I'm already feeling a nice soreness creeping in… ➡Floor Wipers using a 20lbs. chain rounds of 20/16/16/12/12/8/8/8 for 100 total reps… ↪#AbRollouts using my DIY weighted #AbWheel using 100lbs. done on a declining platform which gives me a deeper stretch plus added resistance for a set of 10 per round… ↪Hanging crossing reach #Situps/Batman Sit-ups for sets of 10 per round… #CoreStrengthining #AbWork #StrengthAndConditioning #RestAndRecovery #DeloadWeek #LAtrainer#NELA #OutDoorGym #GarageGymLife #SupplementChaosTeam
